You will be part of our selected group of adventures and well experienced crew. Together we will go on an 4-day cruise into the white wild.
Our home during those days will be a 78ft long expedition boat with the highest ice class (class A) which allows us to break ice with a thickness up to one meter.
There will be a choice of destinations and we will decide more, or less spontaneous how much focus to spend on. Our measures will be the weather & conditions, naturally polar bear & wildlife spotting and the particular interest of the group during those days. The decision will be taken within the group, but well moderated by the crew which holds the expertise when it comes to safety and possibilities.
Either way which we decide to go, breathtaking and very dramatic landscape will fascinate you all the way through. You can be prepared for landings and longer visits which we will do for getting even closer in touch with the arctic and to increase your personal experience. We will be scheduling longer stops than usual for providing you with all the time needed to take your excellent pictures without exposing the wildlife to unnecessary stress. The strategy will awaiting situations with wildlife and let the wildlife come to us and not opposite by chasing it. “Do not disturb wildlife” is our philosophy.
Since our cruise will take place in a very private & exclusive frame, only 8 guests will have the chance to join us.
The boat has 6 cabins available for sleeping with different bed-constellations (please see fact sheet). Spread over several decks you will find all other necessary facilities like dining area, galley and of course a full equipped bathroom with shower and sink toiled. During our expedition in this absolutely unique environment the guests & crew will become one strong unit and will support each other. This will contribute to the overall experience and not very seldom a long-term contact & communication between some guests is the result of this.
