​Covid 19
We offer the possibility for flexible re-bookings if there should be any COVID restrictions.

Alcohol​
The general alcohol limit for operating a vehicle in Norway is 0.2 per mil. This effectively means you need to be sober in order to join us on the snowmobile trip. Should there be any doubt in this instance, you will be precluded from the trip and no re-imbursement will be made.

Pregnancy
If you are pregnant you can not join Snowmobile Tours.
Spitzbergen Adventures
IN GENERAL

If the total cost of the tour is below 10 000 NOK, the entire payment is to be done immediately after booking.

A pre-payment of 25% of the total price has to be made immediately when booking your tour if total cost of tour is over 10 000 NOK.

The total price of the invoice must be paid until 8 weeks prior the tour.

Should the customer cancel upon 60 days before the tour 100% refund , 28 days prior to departure, 50% refund shall be made (A fee of 500NOK will apply in both situations)

Should the customer cancel fewer than 28 days prior to departure, no refund will be made.

The tour operator reserves the right to cancel trips due to weather conditions.

In the event of force majure; cancelled flights, illness or forgotten/invalid drivers license, governmental restrictions no reimbursement will be made as this is out of our control.

Payment can be made either by credit card or ordinary bank transfer (only in NOK currency).

In cases where it is necessary to make changes to the route/content of the activity due to unforeseen circumstances/weather conditions, this will not affect the price of the activity.
