Discover the striking west coast of Svalbard on this exciting 10-hour snowmobile tour. Perfect for beginners, this journey will take you 70 km southwest from Longyearbyen to the fascinating Russian mining settlement of Barentsburg. Known for its Soviet-era architecture and rich cultural history, the town offers a glimpse into a unique way of life in the Arctic. However, due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, tour operators in Longyearbyen have made the ethical decision not to financially support the war. Therefore, while we won’t enter any buildings, you’ll still have the opportunity to explore the town on foot and experience its distinctive atmosphere.
